Not only are their staff so knowledgeable of the pieces but it is like a wonderland of going back in time. The history is incredible, and the experience cannot be duplicated.

Such a treasure trove of a shop. I took in some silver items to be valued and the ladies were so welcoming and knowledgeable - I wanted to add them to my Xmas card list! We were also treated to a look around the museum upstairs. This little gem should be part of any visitors' Chester itinerary.
